Thanks for posting your query.

1) Kindly answer the following details:
a) Type of headache: pulsating/throbbing or heaviness
b) Whether associated with running nose/ tears from eyes.
c) Pain exacerbating after exposure to light/ sun light.

2) Pulsating headache with nausea/ voniting and heaviness around eyes suggest migraine.

3) Migraine is associated with severe inability for work performance.

4) You should go for CT/ MRI scan and thyroid function test.

5) You ahould also consult with physician/ neurologist.

Put your query if you have.

Take care,

Even a few sips of water gets thrown up. It turns out my wife came home from her work with the exact same symptoms. I did not know when I was emailing my symptoms to you. We are also now weak and cold. What could it be that we both have the same symptoms? Yesterday and today we did not eat the same foods.

Thanks for sharing such valuable information.

Presence of same symptoms indicates some sort of infection after taking food.

Do you have spasmodic abdomianl pain/ fever/ abdominal bloating?

Both of you should immediately rush to ER and consult with physician and take antibiotics, antiemetics, anti-spasmodics.

Take care,
