Sprained ankle. No swelling. Having pain. Taking ibuprofen. How long is the healing process?

Sprained ankle for almost three weeks. No swollen but still lots of pain. Taking ibuprofen 600mgs How long is the healing process or should i go to a specialist?

3 weeks is a long time. Most ordinary sprains or soft tissue injuries heal within this time. Ibuprofin 600 mg is a very good anti-inflammatory medicine & analgesic.
This is quite good that you don't have swelling but sever pain despite taking medicine is a very grave sign.
You should see an Orthopedic surgeon at the earliest & have X-Ray of the affected area.
The doctor will then give you appropriate suggestions to deal with this problem.
