Question: Sir ...plse interpret my complete health checkup report attached herewith...I had upset stomach and had outside spice food on the previous night...in the morning when I gave sample...I had a burning sensation in stomach and feeling for frequent motions...Rest I was ohkkk...plse advice accordingly considering my symptoms I hv mentioned...

Hi,

I have gone through your reports. Significant findings noted are that you have deranged lipid (LDL) and you have vitamin D deficiency. Besides that other notable finding is elevated liver enzymes. These aspects are addressed as follows:
1. Start dietary and life style measures to correct lipids.
2. Start vitamin D supplements under guidance of your local doctor.
3. Elevated liver enzymes are due to alcohol intake, medications, infection or existing liver condition. Discuss with your treating doctor to understand the cause. If no known cause is found, it needs observation.

In addition to these three, you have high vitamin B12 levels. It will be excreted out of body. But if you are on vitamin B12 supplements, it needs to be stopped.
