Brief Answer:
Can do panchakarma treatment

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for consulting us .
there is no contraindication for doing Panchakarma for Cervical Spondylosis when you are done with appendix operation.
so kindly go ahead with Panchakarma treatment for your cervical problem. The contraindication for Panchakarma is thereshould not be any external wound unhealed ,so as you are done with your appendicectomy 3 months back and hope it is healed. kindly approach an Ayurvedic physician for Panchakarma treatment.
Thanks & regards

Brief Answer:
Let me explain

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Adulteration is everywhere so keep away from taking adulterated food is the only way to be the safer side and avoiding packed and frozen foods will be ideal and good for health . we can't check each and every food that we eat in day to day life .we can have regular genuine vegetable, fruits, milk supplier who supplies locally so that you can track them where he get the product from. Foods like non veg especially broiler chicken will not be available without any antibiotic or steroid injection .so you can prefer country chicken that is the safety way of keeping away from adulterated food.

Thanks and regards
