There is single well defined, regular, intrauterine gestational sac.What does it mean?
Yolk sac visualized.
Fetal pole not yet appeared.
Gs measures 0.6 cms in size.It corresponds to 5 weeks 3 days of gestational age.
Is there any problem to baby or mother?Is there any chances to early pregnancy?

The usg report that you have provided is normal. All the parameters are normal for the pregnancy at 5 weeks 3 days. The fetal pole should appear by 6-7 weeks and the fetal cardiac activity should also appear by 7 weeks. So far, the report is ok in terms of an early pregnancy. But there is a long way ahead of you so regular follow up is important with your doctor for a successful pregnancy.

Thank you so much for your answer,Would like to know whether we can travel 650 km to my native place at this time by bus/train.would like to know what food items we should prefer.
You can eat whatever you want but make sure your diet is XXXXXXX in iron and protein. Fruits and vegetables are a must. Also plenty of water and fluids.You can travel but remember that maximum loss of pregnancy occurs in the 1st trimester. If you have to travel at all costs, then train would be better than bus.If you can wait, then travel a bit later in the pregnancy.

what precautions need to follow?After 1st trimester can we do journey by bus/train?
You need to eat a well balanced diet . Do not lift heavy objects, bend , sit downward wash clothes or try intercourse . At least in the 1st trimester. Aafter that you can travel if you wish to but avoid long bumpy journeys . I would prefer train over road journey . Find a obstetrician and make sure you make regular follow ups.
