Brief Answer:
none of them is required

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

unless you had low levels of vitamin B12, there is no special reason for you to take vitamin B12 or B3. Sometimes vitamin B12 is lower in diabetics for various reasons which may have to do with genetics or the drugs they use (metformin mostly, which you haven't mentioned). Treatment is not needed until we test it and find it low.

Kind Regards!
