thank you doctor. i am tryingbto attach again
Brief Answer:
As discussed
Detailed Answer:
Sorry to know about this.
I have requested the office to see how this can be done at the earliest.
Alternatively, You can also email the photos to YYYY@YYYY by keeping the Subject as ATTN:Dr Chandrakant and I'll receive them.
Since you are breastfeeding the baby do not take any medications on your own without knowing their safety on the baby.
You may apply Liquid Povidone Iodine locally if it suits so that the skin becomes sterile and avoids further secondary infection.
I shall be waiting for the photos.
Take care.

Hi.
Thanks for the photo.
The site of skin is out of focus as the clothe got in-focus. Please try again for a fresh focused photos.
From whatever I can get from photo is folliculitis.
Apply Liquid Povidone Iodine locally. use pure cotton clothes.
Wait and watch as avoiding medications is important.
Please send focused photo on lesions/skin

doctor i have to say also that even my little girl has same only that they are smaller abd localized in the neck area. i thought that they may be from the hot weather. Meanwhile I attached the other photos to the email address. thank you
Brief Answer:
As detailed.
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for fresh photos and additional information.
As discussed above this looks to be due to folliculitis with small pustule formation and local care should help to resolve the issues.
Same applies for the baby; only thing is to ask you Neonatologist or Pediatrician before giving anything or applying anything as the skin is very soft.
Yes it is hot weather that can cause such problems.
Hence the need for good room atmosphere, temperature, humidity, need for pure cotton clothes for both.
I hope this answer helps.
Take care.

Thank you again doctor. The problem is that new ones keep going out in the both sides of breast area. them tend to get out simetrically. I started making them with betadine but do you think I should see a dermatologist or I have nothing to worry about. Thank you again
Brief Answer:
It helps.
Detailed Answer:
Actually nothing much to worry.
But seeing a Dermatologist may help to send the sample of the pus for gram staining, culture and sensitivity if he/she feels necessary and plan for an antibiotic cover if local management helps to relieve the problems.
