Please read the answer below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!
I am Dr.Rovena
I had gone through your query and understand your concern.
The optimal blood pressure no mater of age and gender is 120/80 mmHg and the goal of every anti-hypertensive treatment is to maintain a blood pressure as close as possible to the normal range.

A blood pressure of 89/69 mmHg is low and he can cause disturbing symptoms such as headache, dizziness, feeling faint etc. These symptoms are most prominent when individuals go from the lying or sitting position to the standing position (orthostatic hypotension).
Some people have low blood pressure all the time. They have no signs or symptoms, and their low blood pressure is normal for them.
For the most part, hypotension is a medical concern only if it causes signs or symptoms

If you experience low blood pressure every day for most of the days, than you should consult your cardiologist so he can change the dosage of your anti-hypertensive drugs because this dose isn't appropriate.
He also can change your treatment and move to another class of hypertensive drugs, which has less possibility to cause low blood pressure.

If this condition (hypotension) happen only once in a while and for the most of the days your hypertension is well controlled than you should not worry and need no change in therapy dosage.

Hope I was able to help.
If you have any further question please feel free to write me,I will be happy to help.
Take care.
