Shoul Iron Supplements Be Continued Post Delivery?

Question: My wife delivered a baby on 23 Feb 2014. Before delivery she was taking medicine Ferrium xt and AAA Cal. Should she continue taking these Iron and Cal medicines post delivery. If yes, then are these medicines are fine - Ferrium xt and AAA Cal. For how long she should continue taking these.
