Question: Sir last week 03rd Dec'2012 i took semen analysis my report is as follows:
Total count = 13 millions / ml
non motile = 95%

Active motile = Nil

But in my early test on 26th June'2012 the report is

Dear Sir,

You are suffering from oligoasthenospermia. You should get yourself examined by urologist to rule out varicocele and also get Doppler of the scrotum done.

You should start yourself on generalized measures to improve your sperm count as well as motility. The measures are,

1. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables (especially papaya, mango, carrot).
2. Quit smoking even passive.
3. Don't wear underwear while sleeping
4. Use of boxers as undergarments.
5. Avoid wearing jeans.
6. Do not use warm water for bath.
7. Do not place laptop on the lap.
8. Do not put mobile phone in trouser pocket.

Get back to us after examination and doppler study.

I had a brazilian wax about 7 months ago.. Skin and a subsequent burn 4.5 cm x 2.5 cm was removed from scrotum. I'm under the care of a dermatologist and urologist. We've tried everything from adhesive syslastic gel, aquaphore, scrotal sling, etc. Recommendation, since it is in a moist area with friction and the healing process waxes and wanes. Recommendation from both dermatologist and Urologist, excision and removal of inflammed tissue. Your thoughts I do not smoke, have diabetes, etc.

Hi. I had an angiogram 10 days ago and developed a haematoma in my groin. The bruising there has started to fade but I also have heavy bruising and some pain around my penis and scrotum. This hasn't faded at all and, if anything, has got worse. Is this normal?

Ok, I asked about this yesterday in the main forum. After thinking about it and being a little more clear headed, I decided to put it here in the "ask a specialist." Most of my question yesterday went unanswered. What was answered was very short...

I was diagnosed with intermittent testicular torsion 3 years ago and had orchiopexy performed with non absorbable sutures. Before the surgery my testicle would be backwards (180 degrees) 90% of the time or more and I had pain every day from it....
