Question: my husband and I are having secondary infertility. he had a semen analysis a year ago and it was normal. Here are the results of his most recent one: liquefaction is 35, color is opaque, viscosity is 2, ph is 8, volume is 2.2, concentration is 60 , total count is 132, progressive mobility is 75, morphology (who) normal form is 22, abnormal head is 67, abnormal midpiece is 6 and abnormal tail is 5

Well,the semen analysis is partially ok..The motility is good 75% but the morphology could have been better.Now that could depend on many factors like not eating healthy, inadequate abstinence before the test, etc.If you and husband are under infertility treatment then both of you should be tested after 3 months again.Meanwhile,if the problem has been identified with him and your tests are normal,then repeat the semen test after 3 months.
A healthy diet,and exercise.Avoid smoking/alcohol/drugs.
Vitamin supplements to boost his immunity.
If you doctor prescribes some medication,follow his instructions.
If the repeat test is not better than the current one,you may have to consider assisted reproductive techniques.
