Brief Answer:
Take antihistamines, Carbamazepine and Gabapentine

Detailed Answer:
I am Dr.Manjeth Kumar.

If you are my patient, i will prescribe you some antihistamines like cetrizine.
In addition, i will give either Carbamazepine or amitriptyline with gabapentin.
Because it is due to nerve endings problem after your surgery.
I advise you not to scratch the skin.
Regarding the dose consult with your treating doctor.
Hope this helps.
