Thanks for posting your query!
As per ayurveda, regular headache can be caused by
1. Severe gastritis and increased Pitta. In this, vomiting helps relieve the headache

2. Constipation is also one of the reasons of increased Pitta. So treatment of headache would require curing constipation.

3. Hypertension and a stressful lifestyle

Thus you need systematic treatment for a long time (about six months to one year) and you will get a permanent solution of head ache

I would suggest the following:

1. Pathyadi kwath 10 ml thrice a day with water.. (Before or after meal)

2. Avipattikar tablet 2 tabs twice a day (Before or after meal)

3. Tab Mentat (Himalaya) 2 tabs twice a day (Before or after meal)

4. Audumbaravaleha 10 ml twice a day (Before or after meal)

5. XXXXXXX sutshekhar ras 1 tab twice a day with honey (Before or after meal)

Shirodhara and Nasya treatment in panchkarma therapy is also advisable.

Try and avoid the following
1. Spicy and oily food
2. Fermented Food
3. Bakery items

I hope I have answered your query. Please accept my answer if you have no further queries.
