Question: hello doctor,

for the last one week i started noticing a white discharge in my urine , that too it happen after a very prolonged erection or sometimes even without erection .

some times while i give pressure ( during stool execertion ) my urine resembles like a saliva , kind of string or whitish urine ( white thing comes in very diluted form ).

when i took the test , the report came with a findings mentioning as below

urine collected with white discharge ( had 20 - 25 dead sperms ) this i collected over night and went for test after 12 hours

fresh sample got occasional sperms , tested immediately

...recently , i under went an adult circumcision and due to this i got a small kind of lymp on my penis for which my doctor told me that due to the sudden removal of skin , your nerves had produced lymp which will get subsidized over time ? will it happen

i happen to find this discharge after my circumcision only...

i did practiced excessive masturbation over years and for the last two months i had completely stopped it and i really want to avoid it

kindly advise what i have to do ? or what it could be ....is it something serious to be worried .

interms of sexual activity , i never had unproctected sex , that too last time when i had i have not ejaculated due to fear and guilt. ( two months back)

i do have this sperm discharge ( confirmed after the test with urine sample ) sometimes even when i do not have strong erection. apart from this , once in a while after i urinate ...may be some 15 or 30 mins later suddenly i am able to sense a drop of urine leaking out ...this is not whithish , but its little sticky n occasionally itchy at my penis tip/head but its not regularly itchy.

i am not able to figure out whether is this because of the stitching happened after circumcision or by any infections.


when i discussed it with my physician regarding my concerns , he asked to wait and observe myself for few weeks ...if the problem persist he advised me to take a semen test to validate whether the qty and count is normal or not.

also , he told me that this can be a result some infections in prostrate if this exist for long time or it could be because of retrograde ejaculation

i would be happy to hear your advise on same ,do i need to take some test to figure what exactly is happening to me ..because , in earlier years i never had this issue ..my urine quite normal even after my nocturnal erections or say anytime ..but now since this is happening i am little worried.

Thanks doctor , i will try to get the same done .

i was only worried that whether i got something like a STD due to sperms in urine .

for the last three days i did not had any sperm with the urine ...suddenly now i am getting once in a while .

i am observing a delay in frequency of sperm / white discharge now a days ..( last few days ) .

i hope everything is gonna be alright ..but nevertheless i will get the test suggested by as digital scanning and culture done.

also , just to clear my mind can you suggest the possible test to take for chlamydia and gnorreaha ?

is it possible to get your contact details , so that i will be able to XXXXXXX in person with the suggested reports.
