Thanks for your query.

You have recently undergone circumcision and now facing a problem of getting thick mucus discharge with urine and it is proved to be small quantity of semen in urine.

During sexual activity, there is secretion of fluid from the periurethral glands situated in urethra. This secretion acts as a lubricant for free passage of thick semen through urethra. During ejaculation small quantity of semen remains adhered to mucosal lining of urethra and this remnant of semen is being discharged while passing urine after ejaculation. This is not a serious issue at all.

As regards masturbation, it is a natural at this age and not harmful to any organ or system in the body. There is nothing abnormal in practising it once in a while. The lymph that you suspect may be a hypertrophied scar and not to be thought seriously it will get resolved in few months.

Hope I have answered your query. Please feel free to ask if you have any more questions. I shall be happy to help you.

Thanks with Regards.

hello doctor ,

thanks for your reply.

i do have this sperm discharge ( confirmed after the test with urine sample ) sometimes even when i do not have strong erection. apart from this , once in a while after i urinate ...may be some 15 or 30 mins later suddenly i am able to sense a drop of urine leaking out ...this is not whithish , but its little sticky n occasionally itchy at my penis tip/head but its not regularly itchy.

i am not able to figure out whether is this because of the stitching happened after circumcision or by any infections.

when i discussed it with my physician regarding my concerns , he asked to wait and observe myself for few weeks ...if the problem persist he advised me to take a semen test to validate whether the qty and count is normal or not.

also , he told me that this can be a result some infections in prostrate if this exist for long time or it could be because of retrograde ejaculation

i would be happy to hear your advise on same ,do i need to take some test to figure what exactly is happening to me ..because , in earlier years i never had this issue urine quite normal even after my nocturnal erections or say anytime ..but now since this is happening i am little worried.

expecting your earliest reply.

Thanks & regards

Thanks for follow up. This could be due to chronic Prostatitis.
Please consult qualified Urologist for Digital Rectal Examination
Get your ultrasound scanning and urine culture done to rule out the same. In the meanwhile, take antibiotics like Ciprofloxacin after getting prescription from your family Physician. Do not worry your problem is not serious at all.
Thanks with Regards.

Thanks doctor , i will try to get the same done .

i was only worried that whether i got something like a STD due to sperms in urine .

for the last three days i did not had any sperm with the urine ...suddenly now i am getting once in a while .

i am observing a delay in frequency of sperm / white discharge now a days ..( last few days ) .

i hope everything is gonna be alright ..but nevertheless i will get the test suggested by as digital scanning and culture done.

also , just to clear my mind can you suggest the possible test to take for chlamydia and gnorreaha ?

is it possible to get your contact details , so that i will be able to XXXXXXX in person with the suggested reports.

Thanks for follow up. Your symptoms are not serious and you should be worried about it It is just a matter of time when it gets resolved.
To confirm gonorrhoea you need to do microscopic examination(Gram Staining) of a drop of discharge from urethra.
Go ahead and get the tests done which I have suggested earlier.
Thanks and Regards.
