Hi,

Considering your age and characters of your symptoms, I would say that though I cannot entirely rule out cardiac cause, it would be lower down the list.

Likely to be muscle stretch. However it is better and safer to have ECG done. I would also like to know if you have any comorbid. Illness such as Diabetes or hypertension and any significant family history.

Please get back to with this information and any other question you may have.

regards
