Reason For Coughing And Sneezing After Eating?

Question: Hi,
This is problem faced by one of my friend. He says that as soon as he finish his meals he get coughing and sneezing. he make all kind of diffrent sounds after eating.
And also i want to knw how to flaten the stomach?

Thanks for the query.

Making all sorts of vague noises after food intake may suggest indicate reflux disease which is characterized by a loose valve between the food pipe and stomach.

Your friend will require a consultation with a gastroenterologist and an endoscopy test. Following these he may need to take some medication and life style changes.

Regarding flattening of the stomach, it's difficult to comment without actually seeing the patient. However dietary restriction, abdominal exercises and rarely surgery are the options of treatment.
