Purple Spots On Vagina. What Could It Be, Treatment?
Question: I have purple spots on my vagina. I have never noticed them before? What would cause that, and how do I treat it?

I have seen the image attached with this query. It seems to be a benign vulvar melanosis. This is a benign pigmentation spots and they do remain like that for years. In case you find them problematic, these can be removed with laser treatment by your dermatologist.
You only need to keep self monitoring the spots for any increase in size, pigmentation, irregular margins, pain, itching, etc in which case an immediate removal of these spots is required.
