Prescribed with Cefuroxine for sinus infection. Feeling sick along with headache. Could I stop taking the medicine?

Hi, Doctor, I have been prescribed Cefuroxine for a sinus infection for 10days. I have 3 days left. Can I stop taking them now? Feel sick with headache. XXXXXXX
