Question: I am 38 weeks pregnant and had a bowel movement that was hunter green/camo XXXXXXX colored. I have not changed vitamins or pills or eaten anything different. What could this be? Could it be a sign of labor soon?

The common reasons for XXXXXXX color stool are:

> Viral infection.
> taking food XXXXXXX in XXXXXXX leafy vegetables.
> Diet XXXXXXX in sugars.


Just one occurrence does not warrant any action immediately and I do not see any reason for worry.

If the XXXXXXX stool persists do discuss this with your doctor and get your stool examined.
