Brief Answer:
follow the advises...maintain a healthy lifestyle...

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

I've reviewed the attached reports, there are few areas that needed to be taken care of...

Your BMI is 26 which is over-weight as per your age group. Also, the cholesterol levels are high, along with Thyroid gland insufficiency and insufficient Vitamin D3 levels.

At this outset, I'd strongly recommend you to meet an Internal Medicine specialist for a clinical check-up followed by Thyroxin supplementation in form of medications and routine follow-ups thereafter every 3 to 6months.

Apart from that, you should also initiate some dietary modification on daily basis. Try to avoid junk/fast foods completely, no excessive deep-fried foods strictly...also make sure to drink enough water throughout the day(around 2.5ltr per day)...

-Avoid processed and packaged foods, always try to eat fresh, organic foods, have fresh fruits instead of any packaged fruit juices...Include a lot of fresh green leafy vegetables in the daily diet.. have a bowl of salad every day...try to include foods which help to decrease Cholesterol and increase the HDL level (the good one) in the body, like olive oil, beans, and legumes, whole grains, plenty of nuts etc...

Also, start working out and increase physical activities (for the beginning 30-45 minute of daily jogging in the morning or evening followed by free-hand exercises etc.)... Make sure to get daily sun-exposure on bare body parts for around 15-20min in the morning, preferably in between 8-10am (it'll help in natural synthesis of Vit-D levels)...include foods like fortified milk, almonds, pistachios, hard-boiled eggs, spinach, orange juice, plenty of legumes to maintain proper Vit-D3 levels in the body...

Let me know if there're any further doubts/queries...

Take Care
Kind Regards

Brief Answer:
follow as already advised including the medications for Thyroid insufficiency...

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back,
All of them were also acknowledged at the very first time only...

Please note we're discussing a human body and not some machine, so there's always some derangement in some of those parameters...we need to prioritize them in the first place and act accordingly (Which was already advised)...

Kindly go through the previous answer thoroughly again and you'll find the advice regarding your Vitamin D levels also...

Regarding your Vitamin B12 level, it's mildly below the standard range, just follow the diet advice described earlier to observe the necessary changes if any...If your vegetarian take a multivitamin supplement (eg.Cap BECOSOULE CZS 1 capsule once daily after breakfast for 1 month)...

Take home message apart from these: stop chasing RDW, MPV levels and let the doctors analyze them to decide accordingly...just get yourself checked up in person by the doctor, follow the proper diet and lifestyle modifications , take the medications as and when advised from time to time in order to maintain the healthy life...

Take care
Kind Regards
