Welcome.
This is Dr Sameer, cardiologist.
The attached ECG shows sinus rhythm, Right bundle branch block(RBBB) and P mitrale, ST flattening in V5-6.
RBBB is normally present in around 70% people. P mitrale is a ECG abnormality which can be due to enlarged chamber of heart.
To rule out, he should get a 2D Echo done. If that is normal ECG will be considered normal.
Also get a TMT/(Tread Mill Test) done to evaluate for ischemia.
