Period like pain around tummy, stomach area that worsens on standing or sitting. Test results normal. Cause and cure?

Question
Having pain like period pain around tummy button,full stomach area and lower down for 3 weeks, worse while standing and sitting, relieves when lying down. Urine tested clear,Bowels working,have had Renal CT..OK,Pelvic US...OK.....Colonoscopy/Gastroscopy 4 years ago OK
Antibiotics taken...keflex,Norflaxin,Augmentin Duo Forte, Flagyle,Buscopan,Mintec,gaviscom.,Tramadol relieves for few hours.Getting tired,wearing!

Hi
Pain around tummy button for 3 weeks can be due to chronic appendicitis.
Get a simple Ultrasound abdomen and ask the radiologist to look for Appendix.Unless it is enlarged,it is not seen in ultrasound.
It is better confirmed by CT scan.
If all the tests are normal,you can go for Diagnostic laparoscopy where in the intestines are seen by key hole method.
Please stop all the drugs you are taking now.
Please take Antispasmodic like Dicyclomine ,Rabeprazole and antibiotic Cefpodoxime.
Take frequent small feeds
If you come back with any query further,i will clarify
