hi my name is JuQuelia Bellot I am in the Us.Coast guard
They want to discharge me for being 28 over weight.
It was said that it was unhealthy to lose that weight in 3 months
is thst true? is ther a way I can get it done in a healthy manner

Anybody who wants to lose weight tries to lose weight fast but it is not healthy and they tend to put on weight later on. Besides that there are various other medical issues such as nutritional deficiency that sets in with fast weight loss.

You need to follow healthy weight loss method.
Steady and gradual weight loss(ie 1 to 2 pounds per week).
Spend more calories than intake (ie 3500 calories equals in pound you need to reduces 500 to 1000 calories per days to achieve 1 to 2 pound weight lose per week).
Physical activities and exercise(60 to 90 mins of moderate workout in most days of a week).
Commitment and willpower to continue it for a long period of time.
