Being over weight will cause some problems during pregnancy. Apart from the medical problems that may result,like diabetes,hypertension,cardiac issues there may be difficulty during the process of labour/delivery. If you arent pregnant yet, then i would suggest a supervised diet and exercise, to bring your weight under control.
