Brief Answer:
reduce smoking, tea, coffee

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your query.

You are obese and smoke heavily.

Smoking causes increased stimulating hormones in body. This leads to disturbed sleep.

I suggest you dont have cigarettes, tea, coffee after 4 PM in after noon. Take a regular excercise or walkng to get physical work to get good sleep.

Take a glass of milk before sleep and then take a walk.

Regards,
