I see two situations in the numbness situation you have,
1. It is certainly due to compression in the perineum - the cause of which needs to be looked into. 2. The status of your kidney stones needs review as compression pain in the kidney and urinary tracts would have a certain bearing on the nerve branches in the penis.

Get evaluated for other common reasons like diabetes too. Diabetic neuropathy is a common cause in your age group.

If you also have erectile and impotence problems, it would also need a review from a specialist XXXXXXX for a complete examination and tests about the health of your urogenital status.
