Noticed Yellowish-white Bump At The Opening Of Vagina. Should I Be Worried And Stop Having Sex?

I recently noticed about 2 weeks ago a yellowish-white bump right at the opening to my vagina.i am very worried.what is this?should I be worried?I do have sexual intercourse and it is unprotected..I haven't had this problem before.should I stop having sex with my partner?also I have become even more worried because now I have noticed a pimple-like small round bump on my labia close to my leg though.are these two bumps related?If not what are they?

The yellowish white bump on the vaginal lip could be due to an infected hair follicle- folliculitis or an infected sebaceous gland. The other possibilities are herpes infection since there are two such lesions. In case the lesion is painful with fever then a direct examination is needed to rule out any STD.
You should keep the area clean, wear cotton undergarments and apply antiseptic ointment like neosporin for relief. Avoid having sex till the lesions subside.
