Noticed Redness And Swelling On Penis. Could This Be Due To Yeast Infection From Partner?

Question: I am uncercumsized and i had unprotected sex with my lady friend .I noticed she had a yeast infection. My penis was covered in it. Now my penis is red and swollen wit dead dead looking skin and redness. And my forskin inflamed. It look like a mutcus type discharge justice on the skin when its pulled back.
