The blood in stool occasionally happens due to straining while passing stools, minor hemorrhoids, anal fissure, constipation, unhealthy lifestyle and consumption of high fatty and spicy food.

Please look for any of these as a cause in your case and modify it accordingly.

You need to take healthy diet, high fiber in the form of fruits, and avoid spicy and high fatty food.

Since this happens occasionally, it does not require treatment as of now. You can manage it conservatively.

I hope this helps you. Take care.
