Hello, I would be happy to help you with your question.

First some questions for you:
1. Any itching, burning or odor?
2. Have you been on any recent medications?
3. Any recent sexual activity (without condoms)?
4. Do you have a persistent discharge in between these episodes?

Thank you!

Thank you for the followup.

The possibilities might include:

1. A yeast infection where the symptoms of itching / burning are absent - this is entirely possible and can be treated with over-the-counter yeast cream
2. Related to intercourse - semen can accumulate and come out as a clumpy discharge

I hope that this helps. I would consider treated with the yeast medication regardless and keep in mind #2 as far as its association with the same problem in the future.

Good luck!
