Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

It is difficult to offer a diagnosis based on this description.
At times, it may not be possible even after examination..
Pain on pressing means it is a local issue and superficial.
At this young age serious causes are less likely

The only way for definite diagnosis is EXCISION BIOPSY - You should see a surgeon, get it removed and send for HPE (Histo Pathological Examination).

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
