Thanks for posting your query.

As you are planning to get pregnant and you want to get rejuvenate your skin health and as I guess that you like to get maintained your skin health while pregnancy and after delivary too.

I also understand that you do not have any current issue about your skin health.

For your purpose you need those medicines which can not make harm while pregnancy although it can also make a better skin of your baby too.

Start these,

1. Mahamajisthadi ghan 2 tabs twice a day.
2. Vasa ghan 2 tabs twice a day.
3. Yashtimadhu ghan 1 tab thrice a day.

Take these with water after meal or empty stomach.

Also add one more tablet.
1. Gaur tab 2 tabs twice a day for giving fairness to your baby.

This tablet have to start during pregnancy just after cofirmation of conception.

Meanwhile, You should have to avoid much spicy, oily and fermented food.
Avoid bakery items. Avoid stale food.

Take bath by rubbing amla pulp on skin.

I hope, this answers your query. I will be available for follow up query if any.
