During pregnancy and particularly during early pregnancy when there is active growth of fetus going on , then one should take high nourishing diet with all essential elements of food.
To take,
a. high protein like plenty of milk, eggs, cereals, pulses, dry fruits, cheese ,paneer.
b. take moderate amount of fat and carbohydrate like poha, upma, roti, parantha, oil.
c. take plenty of XXXXXXX veggies, fresh fruits and juices.
d. Take more fiber diet to avoid constipation.
e. Take Iron and multivitamin supplements.
f. Take plenty of water.

Please do not take,
a, Fried and spicy food; junk food.
b. Avoid over eating.
c. Avoid taking food at late night.
Do not take any medication unless specifically instructed by your doctor

1. Can dates be taken at 4-5 week of pregnancy?
2. Can lemon juice be drunk daily to avoid vomitting sensation?

Dates are very good at this time as dates contain essential nutrients,vitamin A,dietary fiber and has antioxidant property. So you can take in the breakfast also.

You can take daily lemon juice for your vomiting sensation and it is having good vitamin C content.
It is better to take natural lemon juice.
