Of late I have been getting bouts of nausea post eating, especially oily food. Many a times this nausea also happens post smoking.
I am a regular smoker.

Thanks for writing in.

You need to get ultrasound of abdomen done and Liver function test (LFT). Sometimes pathology causes symptoms of discomfort after taking oily food.

Also avoid smoking for the time being and if the symptoms are profound you can restrict your diet to 'BARTY' diet ie Banana, XXXXXXX rice, tea (black) and Yogurt (curd) for 2-3 weeks.

You can revert back after LFT and USG abdomen reports

Hope this helps
