Probably low blood pressure

If the headache is after the shower probably it is due to the lowering of the blood pressure.So she should stay in bed and measure the blood pressure and try to take liquids.Usually it passess soon after some minutes.Or she can take also Ibrufen again 400mg orally.
If despite the above does not improve and the head ache is so strong and her general situation is not good than please call the ambulance to come and get her to the hospital.
However wait and monitor her situation continuously .
