Question: My wife XXXXXXX Mandal age 31 years. She was taking Loette for nearly 1 year. But from Nov 2018 there was 2 days gap and men's occurred.Then men's occurred on 9th Dec 2018 and 10th XXXXXXX 2019 she didn't take Loette from 10th XXXXXXX We had intercourse on 8th XXXXXXX with condom but somehow condom misplaced , we couldn't determine whether siemens entered or not most probably not. But on 25th Feb 47 days gone - mens absent. In last 15 days 5 times home pregnancy test done but showing-- negative. Today also negative
Blood test and Usg test done.

I have seen all the attached reports. The levels of TSH are high suggesting a deficiency of thyroid hormone. This can cause the delay in periods. The hemogram report is normal. The pregnancy has been ruled out.
The delay in periods can be due to a mild hormonal disturbance caused by stopping the pill Loette. Taking synthetic progesterone tablets like Deviry along with proper dose of thyroid supplement can help in bringing back the periods. You can get the appropriate doses prescribed by her gynecologist.

She has last ovulation like discharge on 24 th January 2019. But no such till now, only white normal discharges coming after 22 nd feb
