Brief Answer:
About TRT and insulib resistance;

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Testosterone replacement therapy is associated with weight loss due to decreased body fat.
It may help in improving abdominal muscles decreasing abdominal perimeter and improving insulin resisrance. As you may know, the lowest abdominal perimeter, the lowest insulin resistance.
But, In a diabetic patient, before starting testosterone therapy a stress test should be performed to rule out coronary artery disease.

Hope i have been helpful.
Kind regards,
Dr. Mirjeta
