Brief Answer:
mucopirocin, saline, oral decongestant

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

You can try mucopirocin/ bactroban ointment , it is one of the creams that is sometimes used for infections in the nose.

In addition, saline washes with a nasal spray may be helpful to relieve the congestion and also the saline can help with any infected areas since it is one of the most common agents used to clean infections or wounds

You would use the saline spray/wash then you can apply the ointment.

An oral decongestant such as sudafed may also help relieve the congestion.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
