I don't smoke

And I had bronchitis in 2011 and jaundice in 2003.

Also I have suffered from pharyngitis ( throat infection)
Which only occurs when weather changes. Almost 4-5 times in a year and always consumed Azithromycin dose for five days as prescribed by ENT Dr.

Whenever I suffer from this pharyngitis my urine gets yellow in colour along with cough and cold and sometimes fever. Also acidity.

Brief Answer:
This is normal x ray.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your follow up question on Ask a doctor forum.
I can understand your concern.
I have gone through the x ray image you have attached.
It is normal. No need to worry much.
In my opinion, you should get done PFT (Pulmonary Function Test) because your chest x ray is suggestive of emphysema like changes.
I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
