dear doctor,
i followed some more tests in detail to reduce myanxiety and stress.
pl see the reports attached.
just now i checked my oxygen leval which was found to be 99%
2.my bp 90-140 which ia at higher side.
3. i am feeling more worried than earlier.really dont know why.

Do you have any fever, cough, cold, chills and shivering or any pain or burning while passing urine or pain in the tummy or any pain in the teeth or ears?
We have to find the location of infection, then it will be easier to treat.
I would suggest you to get Urine Culture and Sensitivity, blood culture, LFT, WIDAL, Dengue IgM, Dengue NS1, Peripheral smear for Malarial parasite to correctly diagnose the infection.
Once you give the samples for testing, you should start a course of antibiotics empirically and we can change the antibiotic later based on the reports.
I generally prescribe Mahacef-Plus (Cefixime+oflaxacin) to my patients in the clinic in such conditions.
2. Other than this, your ECG looks fine, do not worry about the blood pressure, it is fine, blood pressure keeps varying every second, it should not remain high every time you get it checked and from your previous records it is quite clear that it has gone up only now, that could be because of the stress and anxiety you are going through currently.
Stop worrying about it.
Your kidney is working perfectly fine.
Your lungs are also good.
Your Haemoglobin level is excellent and Oxygen saturation is perfectly fine.
Do get the tests I have mentioned above done as soon as possible and start an antibiotic after getting it prescribed from your local doctor.

i had gone to see the reports to local doctor ,
he prescribed the following medicines
1: Cardorium plus twice a day
2 Celin vitamin c tablets once a day
3.zincovit twice a day
4.cefix200 twice a day.
5.nurokind next -once a day.
6.evion LC twice a day
i dont have cough cold and fever
i dont find difficulty
in passing urine or stool.i have little pain in uppear abdomen
One thing is i experience lightheadedness.ie my brain is not calm at any time.As i told u i take half the tablet of restyl (0.25 mg tablet half of that in the night to have sound sleep.but daily i cant have sound sleep
due to head whirls.
pl suggest the remedy.
Daily i follow the routine but feel depressed.i dont feel like doing anything.if i take half te azolem in a day then i feel fresh.but i did that only once
my leg pain has been reduced to some extent but always feel that i would b sick at anytime .
i hope none of these symptoms are of
corona virus.

from yr precious diagnsis it seems that i dont hsve any severe problem 1.my triglycerideis high;150.what should be done to reduce it?
2 Most importantly how many days can i continue aprazolam (restyl)
is it harmful to continue for a month also considering the side effect of the same?
i think and hope my office may start in a couple of weeks & i get busy.
actually i feel more anxious abt taking this medicine as it causes serious side effects
