I am 47 years of age. My H1C is 5.7. I I have been seeing a rheumatologist for about 15 years now. I was told last year that I have the genetic marker for Ankylosing Spondilitus. I do not have the inflamation markers for it. I have lots of tendon issues in my hands, elbows, and shoulders and groin. I have a standing weekly appointment with a chiropractor becasuse I can't seem to keep things in place. I have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia. I had a complete hystorectomy 5 years ago due to endometriosis. I had two tumors in the smooth muscle of my upper stomach that had to be removed about 5 years ago. My doctor has been checking my Kappa/Lambda serum levels for a while now, at least a year, maybe longer. This last time she ordered the urine test also. I was told due to some of the medications that I am on they want to keep an eye on my kidney and liver

Brief Answer:
Follow up.

Detailed Answer:
Hello again,
I personally don't feel that's a problem because usually the patients of spondolitis are kept in doses of immunosuppressants.
The immunoglobulin may be effected in such cases also as they are also produced by bone marrow.
However an exact opinion on this one can be given by a Rheumatologist.
However it's a part of treatment (As any immunosuppressant therapy would effect it).
Thanks!
