Do 98% Estrogen Recepters And 85 % Progesterone Mean The Need For A Higher Dose Of Tomoxifin After A Lumpectomy Of My Breast?

Question: My pathology report after a lumpectomy of my breast ( Stage zero DCIS) showed I had 98% estrogen recepters and 85 % progesterone. Does that mean I will need a higher dose of Tomoxifin and therefore a greator chance of side effects?

Those results dose not affect the dose of Tamoxifen that you are under treatment

Also,I take lamotrigen 200x3 at night. Will it’s effectiven be affected by the Tamoxifen?
