Question: My mother is 59 an between May of 2016 to May 2017 GFR declined from 101 to 54. currently is 46 has been as low as 33. No proteinuria, no blood in urine. does have high squamous epithelial cells and hyaline casts. some bacteria. also 5 WBC's with Leykocytes. Would like second opinion on ultrasound. also was diagnosed with Papillary Thyroid cancer in November.
