Brief Answer:
Give him tramadol and pregabalin.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on Ask a doctor forum.
I can understand your concern.

In my opinion, you should give him tramadol and paracetamol combination for pain relief.
Tramadol is centrally acting (acts on brain) painkiller.
Also give him Pregabalin and methylcobalamine combination.
Pregabalin is for neural pain which is common in stroke patients.
Start these two medications and he will mostly improve in pain.

Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further.

Wishing good health to your father. Thanks.

Manufactured by: Glaxosmithkline Pharmaceuticals Ltd.
Contains: Paracetamol (325 mg) + Tramadol (37.5 mg)

For Pregabalin and methylcobalamine combination:

The brand I found is:
Pregaba M SR 75 Tablet

Manufacturer
Torrent Pharmaceuticals Ltd
SALT COMPOSITION
Methylcobalamin/Mecobalamin (1500mcg) + Pregabalin (75mg)

Kindly Confirm the brands and composition . Also it would be
