Brief Answer:
Probably ovarian cysts.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

My name is Dr.Dorina Gurabardhi.

I read carefully and understand your concern.

Cysts are cavities filled with fluid.
They can be present in the ovaries or in the endometrium.
In my experience, most of the time, cysts are present in the ovaries. This diagnosis is very common and most of the time the cysts go away without treatment in a few months.
In your case only the ultrasound report will confirm it.
If this diagnosis is confirmed treatment consists in prescribed hormonal contraceptives.
Regular check ups are very important.

Hope my answer was helpful.
If you have any other questions, feel free to contact me again.
Kind regards!
