Question: My daughter just got a belly piercing last week and it is having cream pus coming out and is very itchy. Does she have an infection? If so some over the counter suggestions?

Based on your description it could be staphylococcus or streptococcus infection. You need to visit your GP, get swab test done. He will prescribe you antiseptic like mupirocin, which needs prescription. Avoid over the counter medications which can be harmful sometimes.
