Brief Answer:
CBC, absolute monocyte and PBS report needed for interpretations

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query on Ask A Doctor forum.
The monocytes count that you have posted is the differential count.
Absolute monocytes count is required to know the actual numbers.
Kindly post the absolute monocytes count to assess whether the value is abnormal or relative.
In addition haemoglobin level, hematocrit, MCV, MCH, MCHC and peripheral blood smear findings are required ro assess the degree of anemia and its underlying cause.

Thanks and take care

Brief Answer:
Monocytes count is within normal range. Haemoglobin is low.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome again,
I have gone through your blood report.
The absolute monocytes count is within normal range thus the monocytes count is not raised.
The haemoglobin level is mildly decreased and the RDW is also increased.
I suggest you to get a peripheral blood smear examination to know the type of anaemia or the probable cause of low haemoglobin.

Thanks and take care
