Brief Answer:
Osteoarthritis knee with Baker's cyst

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Is there any increased warmth or swelling of the knee?

Your wife has possible Osteoarthritis of the knee with Baker's cyst at the back of the knee.

Do an ultrasound of the back of the knee to confirm.

She must avoid flexing the knee much. Avoid cross leg sitting.

Physiotherapy should be done to strengthen the quadriceps muscle.

Please upload the X-ray for further analysis.

I hope I have answered your query. I will be available to answer your follow up queries.
