What Causes Constant Fever, Tiredness And Excessive Thirst In A Child?
Question: My 6 year old granddaughter has a fever for last few days. She is tired, unusually thirsty and very washed out looking.
She went to pediatrician. They tested for flu. She got a chest x-ray which was clear. She has no typical cold symptoms, no coughing, no runny nose. Her fever being treated alternately with Tylenol and Motrin is about 102.5 higher without. she also had a negative urine test.
