Brief Answer:
Mild urinary tract infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Thanks for trusting us about your healthcare.
I have gone through your history and reports and understand your concern.
In your reports mild urinary tract infection is there but no organism growth is there if you are having symptoms of urinary tract infection then you can take alkasol syp 2-3 times in a day with lots of water and fluids.
If back pain is there it could be due to calcium and vitamin D deficiency as well as some spine problem.
You can take supplement for the same and hot water bag is helpful in pain.
Hope found useful, feel free to ask more information.
Good luck.
Regards
